Platform and partner terms

These terms explain the platform workflow and the limits that protect customers, partners and ReferProCRM. Commercial schedules in a signed partner agreement take priority for payout-specific terms.

Eligibility and account review

Partner registration is an application, not automatic approval. ReferProCRM may verify identity, business details, KYC, bank destination and operational suitability before enabling referrals or payouts. Accounts must not be shared.

Customer consent and accurate submissions

  • Submit a referral only after the customer has asked to be contacted for that service.
  • Provide accurate, current information and only the documents requested for the case.
  • Do not place full Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, passwords or OTPs in free-text notes.
  • Do not submit the same customer repeatedly or use information obtained without permission.

No approval promise

A recommendation, eligibility indication or product match is not a loan sanction, insurance acceptance or government-service guarantee. Lenders, insurers and public authorities make independent decisions under their own rules. Partners must not promise rates, approval, turnaround time or outcomes.

Referral ownership

The submitting partner retains platform visibility for their referral. Visibility does not create ownership of a customer relationship outside the platform or restrict a customer’s independent choices. ReferProCRM may assign authorised staff and service providers to fulfil the case and may close duplicate, invalid or non-consensual submissions.

Commission and payout

Expected commission is an estimate generated from the rule applicable when the referral is recorded. Commission is earned only after the service-specific success milestone and required verification. Final approved commission may differ because of the completed amount, product, provider, tier, tax, clawback or signed commercial terms. Wallet credit and payout occur only through recorded ledger transitions; no marketing range is a guarantee.

Suspension and closure

ReferProCRM may pause submissions or payouts while investigating inaccurate data, customer complaints, fraud indicators, policy breaches, verification expiry or payment reversals. A material or repeated breach can lead to rejection or account closure, subject to applicable contractual rights.

Responsible use and availability

Do not probe, scrape, bypass access controls, upload malware or use another person’s identity. The service may be changed or temporarily unavailable for security, maintenance, provider or regulatory reasons. Liability, dispute resolution, tax treatment and governing-law provisions are set out in the signed partner agreement.
